The section plans its activity without assuming one sport for the whole association.
And one section is only the beginning.
Levitio automates the routine, helps you raise resources and adapts to how your organization works.
Smart table
Adapt member and group records to how the section works.
Smart recipient selection
Reach only the group the message is for.
Budgets
Keep the section’s or event’s income and expenses together.
Tasks
Everyone knows what to do, and the team can see what is left.
Automation
Reminders and important messages go out on their own.
Crowdfunding
Involve members and parents in a specific goal for the section.
How campaigns work
Everyone sees what they need right now.
Levitio shows each person the right information at the right time and keeps the shared activity together.
“The section has people, payments and communication together.”
A chair or admin sees members, payments and what is happening in the section.

Hi, I’m Beaky Feather. I’ll show you around Levitio.
It’s not just about records. It’s about what they make happen between people.
Trust and good relationships grow from small things that work as they should. Levitio uses the information it already has and shows it when it’s needed — from emergency contacts to attendance changes. Fewer things slip through, and the whole organization works in a healthier way.
Safety and preparedness
Levitio watches the important steps, reminds you what not to forget, and helps keep healthy processes without extra load on leaders.
Resources and continuity
Better relationships and crowdfunding help bring in money. Templates, processes and experience stay in the organization and make handovers easier.
Levitio is for you too
We take the load off educators from troops, clubs and organizations of every kind.

I think it is great that we are slowly leaving other services behind and bringing everything together in Levitio. Notes, program or tasks live right next to the events they belong to. It makes parent communication much easier. And there is more, of course.

The Czech Council of Children and Youth supports Levitio as an app for running youth groups. We see great potential in it: it can make volunteer leaders’ time more effective, help with program planning and ease unit administration.

Attendance overview is nice, but even better is a smart table for all member info, easy parent communication — picking recipients in one click (by patrols / those going on the trip…) and clear program planning in a timetable. Super for us!

It is a great tool for running a troop. I can see who comes to events and who does not, how prepared an event is for other leaders, how many people are going, and how much I have already spent from the event budget. There is still room to improve, and the app keeps getting better.

Levitio makes administration easier. I also value how clear it is what is happening when. Trip invitations go to everyone and reminders are sent automatically. We send an SMS about a delayed train to parents of trip participants in one click.

We built the tool we needed ourselves.
Since 2019 we have been building it together with people who work with children. Features come from real situations in groups, not from an idea of how their operations should look.
